Upon receiving your inquiry, we will promptly reach out to schedule a convenient time for a discussion. 

During this conversation, we will explore your love towards your family and/or pets, as well and who you’d love to share your experience with.

 Additionally, we will inquire about your preferred location for displaying your artwork then  we will arrange a date for your photographic session. 

To secure your appointment, a £50 booking fee is required. This fee is credited towards your artwork and experience, and is non-refundable prior to the photographic session.

 In order to ensure a tailored and fulfilling experience, we typically conduct multiple brief consultations before proceeding with the photography session. 

This allows you the opportunity to reflect on various aspects of your loved ones, pets, and relationships that hold significance to you. 

To gain a comprehensive understanding, we also engage in discussions with your partner and/or other adults involved prior to the shoot. 

As this is a 'Family' photography experience, collaboration and inclusivity are paramount. While we are confident that you will be delighted with your experience, we offer a full refund of the booking fee in the event that you are not satisfied with the photographs and choose not to purchase the artwork during the Design Consultation.
